Message: This was my first time visiting this salon. I get my nails done regularly and this was the worst dip manicure I have ever received. It was painful as the technician kept using her sharp fingernails to push down my cuticles and she still managed to get polish all over the sides of my nail beds. The electronic file nicked me to the point that I bled multiple times and she did not acknowledge it or apologize.. More frustratingly, the nails are lumpy and the tips were so jagged and uneven that I went home and immediately filed the tips smooth myself. From experience, the flooding into my cuticles means this manicure will not last more than a week to ten days. Which is good because I am excited to get them done again elsewhere.
